Quickstart Guide

Zero to hero in the fewest steps possible

  1. Sign up for an ASAP account - https://platform.amitysolutions.com
  2. Once in the console, click on Knowledge Base (KB) and then click the ‘Add’ button.
  3. Set your KB name, choose ‘Documents and Files’, choose the language of your documents, check ‘Create fulfilment for this knowledge base’ and click ‘Create’.
  4. Upload the files you wish to use for your new KB. For best results, use CSV, PDF, or DOC file types.
    1. CSVs support manual chunking of data
    2. Docs and PDFs go through auto-chunking. Images in the documents are never extracted.
  5. Click on Assistants and click the ‘Add Assistant’ button.
  6. Adjust your settings while paying particular attention to the following:
    1. Prompt
    2. Style & Model
    3. Fulfilment (select the fulfilment you created in step 3)
  7. Click ‘Save Changes’ and you’re ready to chat with your new GPT bot! From here it’s a case of tuning the prompt and data to ensure you get the best results.
